        Spaghetti is rich in protein, fibre, iron, folate, thiamin. However, different elements of the Spaghetti give the nutrients, too. For example, the ketchup used has vitamins A, C, and other nutrients that can help fight cancer, and protect your heart and brain. The pasta used has carbohydrates, which helps in gaining energy. Cheese is also used in this recipe-- which benefits the bones due to it being dairy and rich in Calcium. This Spaghetti is also a heterogeneous mixture, specifically suspension, as the different ingredients and materials used are visible.
